MemoryStore.com offers FREE US Mail shipping on all orders. If you need expedited service or International service please refer to the tool below for shipping rates and delivery times. Orders received by 4:00PM EST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on availability. If your order is received after 4:00PM EST, shipment occurs the following business day. MemoryStore.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
Please note that a sales tax of 6% will be charged to all Pennsylvania residents, and 7% to all New Jersey residents.

International Duty and Tax
MemoryStore.com does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are NOT responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. If the courier charges MemoryStore.com for duty or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill your credit card on file without notice.

Shipping Policies
We accept online orders that bill and ship to the United States, its possessions and Canada only - shipping options are limited in some of these areas. For orders outside the US and Canada please contact us by phone or email. http://www.memorystore.com/contactus-e.asp

The shipping cutoff for orders placed online is 4pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and 5:30pm Eastern Time for orders placed over the phone.. Orders placed after 4pm are transacted on the next business day, conditions permitting. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.

It is the recipient's responsibility to note any damage to any package with the carrier and to notify us within 48 hours of any package damage, missing parts or any other order discrepancies. After 48 hours it will be assumed that the order is full and correct and no consideration for lost or damaged merchandise will be made.

.No shipment is sent free of charge. The customer is liable for a shipping charge even if the order confirmation does not show one. In the case of our Free shipping offer, the shipping will remain free until and unless the order is returned for refund or exchange due to an incorrect order at which time the refund will be made less the shipping and handling fees.


We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Important FedEx Notes
The delivery times of 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM are valid to most U.S. addresses. In some areas Priority Overnight delivery can be as late as noon, 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 PM on Saturdays. ** Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.
